Re: New Pics Of my Resto

Also gonna build the 350 into a 383 stroker! splaying my 2 bolt into a 4 bolt! makes it much stronger than the stock 4 bolt main setup!. 383 the Little Big man!

Re: New Pics Of my Resto

The bed looks fantastic with the seam filled, and the underside of the hood looks nicer than the topside of a lot of trucks. Great work.

Re: New Pics Of my Resto

Simple and awesome.

Not to ask a stupid question but how do you fill those long seams on a 60-66? If you weld them there's too much chance of heat warp isn't there? But with filler you run the risk of it cracking after you put a nice paint job on it, don't you?

I think I already asked that? So many questions so little answers. I heard JB weld works.

Re: New Pics Of my Resto

Sorry for the no answers... been busy, anyway it was filled with all metal... we will see how well it holds up, another friend of mine did it and hasnt craked yet...The color is from a 57 Chrysler with some gold and red pearl mixed in. top is chevy snow white with a touch of silver pearl... Got the motor and trans in , put in the new power steering pump and new drag link. gonna put an endurashine air gap intake and holley street avenger 770 so it will spruce un the motor a little more, just used an old intake to get her in
