Pull points on a 6

Im getting ready to pull my L6 motor. The battery ground bolt on the front looks good for the front attachment. Im not seeing anything toward the rear of the motor that could work. Im probably missing something obvious.

Suggestions?

Re: Pull points on a 6

I always pull out the end manifold bolt and replace it with a long bolt for the chain link.

Or, thread a 3/8 bolt into the bellhousing bolt hole near the clutch linkage area, after you have unbolted the bellhousing obviously. It's tapped all the way through so you can thread a bolt in from the front side.

I thought about that also, unfortunately the manifold bolt is broken inside the head.
I was hoping to pull the motor/BH/Trans as one. Maybe I will pull separate.

Or might use like a tow strap wrapped around manifold?

Absolutely, if you have one.
