Re: Whats this truck worth?

Cheap wheels, cheap paint.....chrome bolt-on parts are cheap.....can't put a "value" on a rig like this by just viewing a few pics....
I'd be looking very closely down the body with a paintjob like that......
Despite all that, the engine looks CLEAN....so if it runs good and drives nice, and more importantly, if it's what ya want...go for it. It look pretty good.

Re: Whats this truck worth?

Id check the rockers, floorboards and cab mounts for rot. If its rust free, and you really like it, Id go for it. Wheres the hood for the truck?

Isnt he aloud to ask whats it worth if he is looking to buy it. Just not if he is looking to sell a truck? That was how I read the rules anyway...

Yes that is true, but he is not allowed to post his car for sale. SOM is correct, and the post was edited to keep it open.

I agree with the other opinions. check, recheck and then recheck again for rust.

Re: Whats this truck worth?

Yep, check for rust. Take a magnet to find bondo. Look on the firewall for rust, where the fenderwells meet the firewall.
