drum roll please
Is there a difference between leaf or coil spring rear drum brakes for a 1967 3/4 ton pickup? parts store seem to list rear drums for leaf spring applications but not coil so im wondering if there is a difference.

Re: drum roll please
shouldn't be as long as there the same size drum and same axle i'd just take the old parts off and match them up in store to make sure

Re: drum roll please
I know for my '69 C-20 there is a difference. If you have an Eaton rear end, the wheel studs have to pressed out of the hubs to remove the drums. Here's a link a Board member posted for drums:
http://brakeperformance.com/site/bra...php?&dv=020410 I believe Kragen/O'Reillys can get them as well, but they might have to order them.
