could someone make an avatar out of my truck pic i posted on the board. or help me to do so. i have my picture saved on microsooft word. how do i make i an avatar?

Here ya go
I had to shrink it per min. requirement 100x100 pixels so it's really small, but it will work. Download this pic onto your hard drive and name it when you save it as a jpeg. Then go to edit options under cp user. Click on the change avatar link. Then scroll down till you see "You can upload an avatar from your computer" click the browse button in this category and find your pic you saved on your hard drive, click on it and you should be all set. Let me know if you have any problems. Here's the pic.
