72 GMC Grille
When I got mine there was no grille on it so that way this question sounds so stupid, Where does the light socket for the front turn signal go? the new lenes rivets to the grille so what after that?

Re: 72 GMC Grille
Are you missing the housings? They should be attached to the lense. The bulbs plug into the housing.
I can take a pic and post it tomorrow if it would help. Jim

Re: 72 GMC Grille
The GMC signals I have actually look riveted to the signal housings. Then the housings install behind the grill via two screws.
Face of housing with lens on Housing with pigtail Housings without pigtails BTW, I have two sets of these for sale in the for sale section, if you need a pair.

Re: 72 GMC Grille
The front where the lens is goes behind the grill and screws in via two screws on each side from the front of the grill. That tab that is mounted on the backs of the housings screws into the radiator support. Sorry, no pics of them mounted.

Re: 72 GMC Grille
Ok thanks I hope the lights go easier than the grille did today. They sure don't show these headaches on the car and truck shows.

Re: 72 GMC Grille
Haha. They should be easier.
Of course they don't show the headaches on TV. Everything goes on just perfect and they never have any issues.....that they ever show you.
