Rubber stops on A arms.
Has any one removed the rubber stops from their A arms, to include the steel that is welded on the A arm. I know why it is there but I do not intend to rag on my truck or carry any thing heavier than my wife (I hope she never sees this thread) I am using my 77 A arms for the 67 new Bell tech 3" drop spindles all new bushings, ball joints, rotors, and calipers.
Thanks ZZZ |

Re: Rubber stops on A arms.
you mean the bumpstops on the lca?
some are spot welded on, so you could drill out the spot welds. im not sure if the 77 arms have them spot welded, but a good cut off wheel or torch could get that right off then clean it up with a grinder. if this isnt what your talking about, then oops! lol
