76 blazer rear floor

I removed the completely trashed rear seat from 76 2wd this weekend.one of the many PO's cut holes in the floor.approx 2x5 inches.I'm not going to try and have a show truck just a decent DD.can I have someone weld the holes up or am I getting new floors.I'm not a mechanic or a body man but I know people that are.I just have to be very careful with my limited funds.the wife was naking fun of me cause my seats really don't fit me very well.seats will be the first thing I will get.thanks

Re: 76 blazer rear floor

if you can find one in a boneyard you can cut out patch panels and weld em in . just make sure you seal up the underside
