My search is over!
OEM bedsides and tailgate for $300.   Got to replace this...  Passenger side is good though...

wow, great score. are they rust free? they look really good. If they are as nice as they look that's probably 1500+ worth of parts to the right person...

Rust free, tailgate is straight... very minor bow. The passenger bedside needs some work, but the one on my truck is in good shape so I am sitting pretty!
