Look at These

here are a couple pics of my passenger outside floor and where the floor meets the rocker. what patch panels would work on this without buying too much floor.

Re: Look at These

Are you doing inner and outer rockers too or just the floor? There's a piece out there that will do that piece of the floor and the inner and they aren't priced too bad.

Re: Look at These

no rockers or inner rockers......just the outside of the floor next to the rocker from where seat mounts up next to the kicker panel.

Re: Look at These

it''s called the outer floor extension... but as Marq asked do you plan on removing the out rocker? or just repairing the floor? if you plan on removing the outer rocker and cutting that section out to repair the rust the outer floor extension will work for you. if you just want to repair the floor without removing rocker etc. buy some sheetmetal and cut and fit patch panels, then weld em in.

I guess i typed too slow as you answered the question before i submitted this post.

the rockers are good.....just the section next to it about 3-4 inches wide that runs all the way up next to the kick panel. So, with that said, do they make a specific patch panel for this....and if they do, who do you recommend to buy from?

Re: Look at These

with that being said you would have to either cut up an outer floor extension ( has a 4" lip and should repair that), or a front floor patch piece. If you dont plan on removing the out rocker for repair...... I would just get some sheetmetal from a local supply house and make patches. check with board vendors for pricing of sheetmetal parts. wes @ classichearbeat.com or MBGMike @ http://bumpandgrindgarage.com/ are a couple of vendors that come to mind....
