installing dropmember notches

just wanted to share how i squared the rack notches for the porterbuilt drop member. i layed them out on a flat square surface and clamped them to a piece of angle iron. then i tacked them to the angle iron so they would stay true to each other. then i clamped them into the notch slots per porterbuilts instructions.

Re: installing dropmember notches

That's how I did mine. Angle steel clamped to the tops & sides w/a level in the center to ensure they're square to the frame. Did my rear c-notches the same way too....

Yep, that's how I did my c-notches as well. Works great.
