Re: c notch
Sorry can't post pics of my c notch from my phone. I went with the cnotch from performanceonline.com. they are loacated in anaheim ca. 129.99 + tax. High quality notch held down by 24 1/2 bolts and you can also weld it if you don't trust the bolts. Good luck.

Re: c notch
Beltech is going to be more expensive but to me it was worth it. Having a plate that wraps all the way around adds insurance that the rear wont sag as gravity goes to work.

Re: c notch
I have never used those notches myself, but SD has always had good products. My SWB has a step notch, but it used to have a BellTech flip kit before it was bagged. Thats a good point about the notch size. The wrap around style is probably a better bet. We made one for my CCSB ... its boxed and welded in.
Thanks for the comments about my truck, I wish it was all painted.

Re: c notch
Flaming big...What rear shocks were you running in the pictures you posted? I'm looking for doing your same setup but I haven't bought my shocks yet. I've got a AutoZone card for my birthday and thought of buying some stock front shocks for the rear of my truck. Whats your thought?

Re: c notch
I'm running these on the back http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BEL-8511/?rtype=10 but you'll be fine with some stock front shocks

Re: c notch
Western Chassis. Fitment and quality are excellent P.S. I know the shocks are installed upside down in those photos...... that was fixed shortly after :-)

Re: c notch
I made my own notch out of 3" wide x 6" dia. well casing cut in half and plated the sides. looks similar to the one above.
