How do you remove side moldings?
I just bought a 68 last week and the paint job i want to do would look no good with side moldings, so how do you remove them without just tearing them off. I would like to take them off and keep them straight so i could sell them. So any hints/tips on how to get them off without just tearing them to pieces?

Re: How do you remove side moldings?
there are 2 different clip styles one is a 1/2 or a 3/8 s there are 3 for the front fenders one in the front cup and 2 in the rear of the fender those need a wrnech then on the doors there are two that need a wrench and the three in the middle of the door that you push from behind there are two clips that you push from behind on each cab corner and on the bed it is really easy just go under the truck and look what you need and you got it
