Header Info
Looking for opinons on Header installs, manufactures, coatings, for my 72 Blazer 4x4 A/T thanks.

IMO, Heddman is the way to go if you have to have headers. They were one of the few that would work with the stock clutch linkage. BUT, it looks like 63-82 Corvette headers would PROBABLY work to give you more options. But my vote is for the Heddmans if you have to have headers.
But I ditched mine for the 2 1/2" exit Corvette rams horns and encourage everyone else to do the same. YMMV.

I took Mike's advise and got the 2 1/2 ram horns and have been extremely pleased with them. They are known to flow very well and sure simplify life not having to worry about fitment issues.

It's also nice not to have to worry about exhaust leaks or rust-out either! And the iron manifolds are so much quieter underhood as well as helping to keep underhood temps down.

I have the headman long tubes on mine and I'm pleased with the fitment. Actually clears everything nicely, and plug changes aren't bad either, even with the A/C. They have been on there since 1999 and haven't had any leaking problems.
