Windshield frame rust treatment/prevention

My new truck has just a tiny bit of rust up there, in the corner on the far left. There's actually just a little crack with some rust around it. I could kind of reach my finger in there through the visor mounting hole. Nothing serious, but I'm paranoid after what happened to the frame on my old truck. I read in "Vintage Truck" magazine some guy drilled holes through the inside of his frame, fogged some used oil in there once a year, and stuck plugs in the holes. So that ain't gonna happen. Any other ideas of what I could spray in there other than plain old Rustoleum?

OK, I keep testing you guys, and the answer is always POR 15, so I'm convinced. I have used the Eastwood stuff in the past, with decent results. But not good enough to keep me from trying something else.

But can you spray POR 15? Eastwood packages there stuff in aerosol cans, and my really quick search didn't show POR 15 in spray form. There's no way I can get a brush in all the places I need to go.

While they may not sell it in aerosol can form, if you've got a paint gun you can spray it yourself. Just be sure to order the thinner which is formulated specially to work with POR-15 because you will need it to clean out your gun afterward.
