What is the diameter and dish of the steering wheel? Do you know of a horn button that will work on it?

It's a dent we had to put it there because between the angled heads i installed on the engine and the motor mounts they wouldn't fit so I bought new ones and giving these away basically I gave $225 with shipping on ebay and I'm selling them way cheaper than that.
