Are there any honest shippers out there?
I bought and paid for a 72 which is in Missouri, 60 or so miles north of Kansas City, I live in New Jersey. For the last 3 weeks I have been looking for a shipper to transport it and gotten a run around for my trouble.
One quoted a price, then after two weeks of inactivity told me it was my fault for going cheap and asked for more money. I had estimates from $400- 750 and went for mid-range (600) and nothing. A second one said 750 and I said okay but no action after a week. Anyone know where I can find a shipper who will do what they say? I don't mind paying a fair price but this is getting ridiculous! |

Contact member fine69 here on the board. He's transported a few cars/trucks for other members as well.

Re: Are there any honest shippers out there?
I just bought my 71 out of MO, and I used:
Direct Auto Movers Inc. 300 East Division Blvd Arlington, Texas (817) 658-1338 Had my truck picked up within 24 hours of calling them, and delivered within 48hrs of pickup! I would highly recommend giving Chris a call! He charged me, $525.00 to bring it to Louisville! |
