Front End Rebuild Kit

My truck is a 71 with a 67 front end, appears to have door panels from a 67-68 also. I want to order a front end rebuild kit, as to me the front end is making to much noise.

Is one kit better then another for example ECE, Brothers, etc...

I also show that some of the kit are for 1967-1969 and the others are for 1970-1972, what are the differences between the years? I want to check my truck out and make sure I order the right parts.

Re: Front End Rebuild Kit

I know on ball joints the 67-68 has a part #, 69-70 different part # and 71-72 different part #'s. I don't know about other parts but you may want to check into it before you start as it will save you alot of time & gas.

Re: Front End Rebuild Kit

Maybe someone else can chime in, I'm not sure hot to tell the difference between the years besides trial and error.

Re: Front End Rebuild Kit

Trial & error is how I found out I had a 71-72 front end in my '69, LOL.
