trailing arm question?

does the bracket for the emergency brake cable sit on the outside or the inside of the trailing arms? took them off to replace bushings and cant remember.

The e-brake cable bracket goes to the outside.

I am replacing my control arms did you have an extremely hard time getting them off I broke 2 1/2 ratchets trying to break them loose

geez i soaked mine in everything I had then attacked em with a sledge and1 1\8 wrench, then after they broke i used a bar and 1\2" socket wrench next time i did this i used a torch and cut the nuts off lol
