What rims do I have to choose from??? (6 LUG)

I did the trade and put a motor in it and now am driving this daily. I'm not to fond of the rims and tires. They look good but is just not my style. I am planning on putting a 2/4 drop and new rims and tires, where can I find some nice 6 lug rims?

Re: What rims do I have to choose from??? (6 LUG)

With the correct spacers you can run almost any of the newer after market rims for the newer 4x4 chevy's 89 and up. Thats what I am running right now. Found mine cheap on craigslist...at least compared to buying new. The biggest problem being the rear end spacing and hub size (aluminum spacers fix that) and the front hub diameter (I fixed with a spacer also...but some rims are big enough). If you want more info I can send you the links to a few of the threads already on here, or you can look through some of the posts I have made. Now I can swap all my aftermarket around from my 67 to my 08 silverado crew!

On my 6-lugger, I've ran the following wheel setups on a 4.5/6" with no c-notch.

15x7/15x8 6-lug rallys (yes, 15x7 6-lugs exist)
20x8.5/20/10 6-lug Billet Specialties Soft Lip Vintecs

Here's a good answer. Timeless styling and a size that would make your truck rock....
