Re: HELP! pic a wheel guys;)

I vote Coys! Lots of people say the polish finish on the Coys is bad but it is not supposed to be the same type finish as the Billet type wheels. It is supposed to have a flatter, more satin look to it by design. My opinion is the finish on the Coys fits with the stainless trim on our trucks better than the Billet "shinier" finished wheels. Also, the 225's will require more upkeep than the Coys. The Coys are sealed and need nothing more than soapy water and a soft cloth to clean up well. I like mine at least! Looks good going down the road too!

Re: HELP! pic a wheel guys;)

I dont think you can go wrong either way. Cherub's truck looks sick with the 225's. In my opinion, alot of the shinier wheels also produce a black shadow on the lips of the wheels from the sun reflecting off the spokes like you can see in the photochop pic. I think that takes away from the overall look of the wheel as well. I think if your truck had no trim it would look good with the
225s but look at how much brighter the wheels are than the trim in your pics! Good luck buddy!

225s! Adam (Cochino 12) saw both the polished & chrome side by side at Coys...take his word on the finish.
I showed Sarah..."Both of those are nice but kinda boring. They look too much the same. But if I had to pick one, the C5s I guess."

I like the Eagles quite a bit (evil grin), but beware of fitment issues. I think they have the same concerns if you are running the HD brakes.

255s everyone is running coys man be different. Coys and american racing rims all look damn near identical and everyone is starting to get them. Be outside the crowd man make your truck look different. The coys on the trucks are starting to be like a 55-57 bel air painted red and white. GET THE 255S YOU KNOW I WOULDNT LET YOU DOWN DENNIS

I love my coys because I dont mind the duller polished, so if you are looking for bling go with the 225s. I dont think you would do bad either way!

COYS!! Everyone has been running this style rim forever for a reason, the classic look will never be over done imo. Don't be too concerned with being "different", If everyone is trying to be different aren't you doing what they're doing?? lol

LOL, I don't know how many times I've said that....

I don't know what they are called but I vote the bottom ones (225's?).

Uhh...that's not the only reason.....it's because they are CHEAP. They are a COPY of an American TQ, which is more a more expensive (and better quality) wheel....
Sure, they look "ok", but they are not up to the QUALITY of other, similar style wheels....like Intro, Team III, American, Cragar, etc....

Cheap and VALUE are not the same thing.....

Uhhhh.... no doubt all of those wheels you mentioned are much better quality, but he is asking about Coys or AR 225's... I said that the "classic style" will never be over done... The 225's are a copy of a few different wheels as well....
