It was a dealer accessory. It could be mounted by your driver seat belt retractor or against the kick panel on the passenger side in a pickup from what I have seen. Trevor

It was by the driver seatbelt. I do not have the truck anymore. I took it out of it when i sold it cause i had never seen one. Are they very common?

No, they aren't real common, but I wouldn't say really rare. It is definitely not something seen everyday though. That's neat that you kept it though. Trevor

I've never seen one either. Nice prop item to have in a show truck if it was listed in the spid. Not sure if it's worth much to anyone else, though.

Regardless, I'd keep it or put it up for sale in case someone is looking for one.
