Hey guys, I just bought an original am/fm out of a van, and am trying to locate the drum decal and lens to make it appear as a correct truck radio for a project of mine. Anyone have one they have never used or know where to pick one up? Thanks Trevor

Trevor somene is reproducing them, have you tried ebay for the lens? Trim parts did do the lens as well as LMC, the drum decal maybe harder to find, but try Gary he had the selector filter (am/fm window pieces) for a radio I have here.

Dennis, no, there are some more differences in the radios like antenna output location and such, but the faceplate is the same. I bought this van radio because it was only $20 more than a am/fm truck radio I bought and wasn't pitted on the face and worked perfectly. I am just needing the parts they made atleast a couple years ago, to convert it to look the part.

Trevor, this Les in the St. Louis area and I hooked up with Jerry Brown that owns The Truck Shop down in Tenn. at that auction down in ARK.for 67 to 72 trucks about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Anyway, I got a van AM/FM radio for $27 and it worked great! Jerry said he knows someone that has that decals. I talked to him the other day but forgot to ask him about the decal, if you know him give him a call or I will be in contact with him in the next few weeks and will ask him.

I do not think they are being reproduced anymore. Here is what they look like. You can tell they are re-pops; the numbers are fatter and not as sharp as the originals, kinda like the instrument cluster re-pops.
