Search button has failed me
Ive done extensive searching on a post relating to the fan blower motor.
What wire is it that is the constant hot to the "low" setting?... brown wire? thanks! |

GM has had this for a LONG time , Its keeps a small amount of air flowing. I agree I would like to turn mine all the way off on occasion too.

Yes, ive done some researching, and come to find out they did this to keep you from suffocating your self with the windows up, how ever i have an exhaust leak and it draws in gases. Plus its a huge energy draw.
So... any one know if its the brown wire or not? |

Just unhook the purple wire to the blower motor...no juice/ no blower!

Install a V-belt 84-86 Camaro 100 amp alternator. No more draw problems.

ahahha thats what i do unhook the purple wire and no more annoying a$$ noise in the cab..
