71 suspension
okay i have found a 71 chevy 1/2 ton longbed that a guy is gonna part off.
i was hoping one of you members would be able to help me figure out what kinda prices i should offer him for he hasnt come up with any idea on that value of them. the parts im interested in are: front upper and lower control arms front spindles(rotors and calipers as well) rear differential two piece driveshaft winshield washer bottle and i imagine i will also need the metering block as well. I want these parts because on my 67 i would like to have 5 lug for different wheel choices and the disc brakes would be nice. my current drive shaft has been welded together by the P.O the combo i have is a 350 engine and a 200r4 tranny. will all these parts work? please help |

I would buy the intire front carrier out of the 71 and the rearend and swap out the same stuff with the 67, make sure you get the proportion valve and MC also! $300.00 hundered or less would be a fair price in MO. If the 71 has a swaybar setup upfront get it also. Hope this helps.......
