rust

im looking into buying another truck. a 77 c10 swb

how hard is it to fix rust under the back window
and behind the back tire area
and like in the door jam where the door bolts to the cab

its not a hole its only bubbling up the paint in thos areas

it depends if the rust has gone all the way through.... i understand that rust in the cab itself is usually harder to replace.
