Door Panels?

I have doors that do not have the stock screw in door panels. I was contemplating not buying them and using a complete aftermarket or custom door panel. Anybody have any ideas? What are most of you doing about door panels?

I plan to make my own. I made carboard templates of the door panels that I will trace over to 1/8 plywood. then I will wrap it in foam, create a design and wrap the door panel in suede or leather.

It should not be too difficult.
