70 chevy on 65 frame?
hey guys, i just picked up a solid 70 3/4 ton long bed. i was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to put the body on a 65 frame. the reason i want to do this is the frame i have is a swb and has been lowered and converted to 5 lug disc brakes. thanks in advance.

Re: 71 chevy on 65 frame?
I am sure it can be done, but it will require some modifications of mounts here and there.
Hopefully some one that has actually done one of these will chime in.

Re: 71 chevy on 65 frame?
well i know for sure the front for the bumper is different and most likely the cabmounts but the bed and motor mounts should be the same
