Advantage Flat Black 601

I bought some advantage flat black 601 paint and I was just wondering if anyone has used this type before? I wanted to get satin black but the paint shop only had flat black. Wondering if it will be close to satin black or not?

Re: Advantage Flat Black 601

I would worry a bit in this gorgeous Washington weather with regards to flat paint. Don't get me wrong...I love the look, but if it's not to late, you might hold out for the satin. Have you looked into "Hot Rod Flatz" paint. I imagine any paint supply place would be able to add flattener to your paint, but the Flatz stuff comes pre mixed for uniformity.
