They broke out and made a run for it!
It was such a nice day that they all broke out of the stable and wanted to play. I obliged them all.

Re: They broke out and made a run for it!
Thanks for the kind comments. The Burb is a work in progress. The 66 is an old school driver that doesn't get driven as much as it should. The shortbed 4X4 is, I guess, almost done. The two pickups needed inspections so I took care of that today, and since I had two out for a ride, I ended up taking out the Burb too. I can always find something to do on them, only limited by my parts budget. I also keep busy on a 56 lyman that I have just about finished. Have to restore the 56 30 hp Evinrude now.
"" "" Note the red hat on the lawn that one of my labs chewed up and the gator grandkids pool that resides in the back of the 66 in the garage. Just noticed the hat myself.

Re: They broke out and made a run for it!
I don't know why they'd break out of a nice garage like that. Nice setup you have there.

Re: They broke out and made a run for it!
Thanks to all. I'm retired and have had an understanding wife of 35 years who has let me have my share of toys over the years. You guys on this forum have some rides that are 10X finer than mine and I am constantly amazed by your talents. I learn something new (even an old dog can) every day.

Re: They broke out and made a run for it!
These trucks are like your kids - you love them all. The shortbed 4X4 is the only show quality vehicle. I love the looks of the 66 and the sound of the 327 with the solid lifter cam, and I like driving the Burb the most. So based on which one I drive the most, I guess it would be the Burb. I told my grown son and daughter they could each have one when I am gone. Daughter wants the 66 and son has dibs on the 4X4.
