307
This may be a dumb Question but will my heads off of my 307 fit on a 350. Will this give it higher compression? Are the valves too small. Also wonder if my 307 crank in a 350 will make a 327?

yes, the 307 heads will fit on the 350, & will up the comp just a tad.......but as you suspected the valves are a little smaller& probably wont notice a diff in perf. The 307 crank will fit the 350 to make a 327, but you will also need to swap to a 327 piston to get the proper deck height(rod lenght is the same 5.7")....crazyL

Thanks. The 307 still ran O.K. but it was getting weak. It clattered a bit under load. I just wondered if it was good for anything . I now have a rebuilt 350. One of my brothers many racing motors. Good enough for me though.
