Anniversary trucks

Thought this might make for an interesting thread. So, in 1968 Chevrolet decided to celebrate their 50th anniversary by producing the gold and white trucks that could be ordered with all of the fancy bells and whistles one could dream of "back in the day". I don't know if anyone's realized it yet, but Chevrolet is only 8 years away from their 100th anniversary. Now with all of the advancements in modern technology, it really makes you wonder what their next anniversary truck is going to look like. Not to mention all of the goodies inside. It really makes you think...

Re: Anniversary trucks

Bet it won't be gold and white.

My guess is a special blue truck, more chrome than the entire country of Mexico, with a "100th Anniversary" badge where Z71 now resides.

Re: Anniversary trucks

probably wont be much. gm doesn't seam to be into anniversary anymore. look at what they did for the 50th year Corvette, nothing except a ugly red paint job. But its good to be hopeful

Re: Anniversary trucks

I dont think they did anything for the trucks 75th Ann in 1993.
I would like it if they did do a 100th Ann.
