Re: X-tra heavy duty short bed
Says it isn't running...with only 12K miles- it'd have to be something simple.

Re: X-tra heavy duty short bed
That truck is kick ass! Last government runway truck i drove was a mid 80's mack jet fuel truck converted to a water truck, about 40 feet long and no air ride seat, top speed of 45mph.

Re: X-tra heavy duty short bed
If the picture is accurate , It has planetary hubs and 45 mph might be tough to do.

Re: X-tra heavy duty short bed
Typically in the Jeep (CJ10) air craft tugs they had no front drive, but the tcase was locked in 4lo, not sure about the Chevy version though.

Re: X-tra heavy duty short bed
In cases like this, why don't they just use the medium duty chassis and/or cab?
