Wiper arm removal
OK...first, I read all the posts about getting the arms off using a screw driver, that didn't work. I then bought the wiper arm removal tool from snapon, but I guess I just can't figure out how to use it. It seems pretty simple, but I don't know where to insert it, front or back side, to release the clip, or which end to use. Can anyone help?

Re: Wiper arm removal
i just poped mine off yesturday, i just take a screwdriver and slide down the little clip and it should work off the shaft if not just use the screw diver the gently push up on them, just lay something on you cowl if you have nice paint
