I have a 70 CST/10 swb, the truck is now red. I want to paint it back the orginal color yellow, by the SPID I think code was for Pale Yellow, but not 100% sure. I would like to paint it two tone, other color being white. I would like to see pictures of any color yellow, but if any one has a color in mind for a 70 swb, please send.

I really like your truck, I am pretty sure I am going with yellow. I do not see many old yellow trucks or cars around here in VA.

Thanks man. Here is one that went through Barrett Jackson a couple weeks back. It's the lighter yellow color with white beltline. I think it brought $11,000.

Here's a couple of my favorites. I believe the pickup is "Grapefruit Yellow" and white.

I believe from the color that is under my headliner, that my truck was orginally something close to grapefruit yellow.
The more yellow trucks I see I think that is what I want to do to mine.

That truck is BAD. Would like to see that one in person. I like the two tone without the middle white strip also.

this is our 70 stepper. bought it from original owner$1,500.00 my son and I did it together. great times!! took nine months to complete and we can drive it anywhere any time! It has a six silly /3 speed trans and gets driven all the time. (original motor not even a valve job) cheers, Pat p.s. corvette yellow ppg base coat/ clear coat

Not a truck but here's member - blazin's yellow Blazer. He told me it was Corvette yellow as well. My favorite yellow I've seen thus far and probably the color I'll go with when I'm ready for paint.

Sweet Blazer. I never see any of them here in VA. or at least that run. I have been eyeing one for a couple years sitting off the edge of a bean field, but they don't want to sell right now.

Actually I've seen a couple around Chesterfield. There usually either really nice or just rotted complaining out.
