recent progress!

Hey all, just an update on my build, finally picked out a color, alot harder than it sounds am going with code 928 blue granite metalic, has under the hood done and working on inside cab now. maybe next week here are some pics

I'm almost jeleous that you are in that position! I just finished painting my truck a few months ago and I actually miss working on it everyday! It was a lot of fun to see the progress everyday. I look at it now and wonder how I actually got it all done.

thanks guys, i'm getting excited!! been waiting for a long time, was all over the map on color!!! lol. My body man would ask me what color today??? just happened to be on blue granite when he bought the paint!! think it will look good, he does very good work.will post more pics with more progress!

Finaly have color on the truck!!! still needs color sanding & buffing and a little final assembly!!

Looks very nice! I am having a hard time figuring out the color though, is it black, charcoal, or ?

looks alot different inside, its called stealth grey, and blue granite metalic, GM code 928

Ain't that the truth!! My truck had stalled for a long time because I couldn't make up my mind either. There were several colors that I liked, but I also wanted something a little different as well. When I finally picked out my color, I got real excited also. I wanted to paint and fix everything as quick as I could.

Anyways, your truck looks fantastic! The paint looks outstanding and all of your custom touches look top-notch. I bet you still get excited everytime you look at it.

Thanks for the kind words, still need to level the bumpers and do some more buffing,hiding wires, polish rims, bed cover and a few other things.
