Very nice truck neighbor! I also live in Pearland (over by the ninth grade center & natotorium). I hope you plan on taking your GMC to the cruise night at Home Depot. I am planning to have my 72' burb out there this Friday.

Nice looking truck! Welcome to the board from east TN!

Are you going to convert to disc brakes also? I'm assuming it still has 6-lug drum brakes. If so, do you plan to swap to 5-lug or keep it 6-lug?

Re: New member from Pearland, Texas

Great looking SWB truck!

I installed a 4.5/6" drop on my '69 and wouldn't go with any other static drop; also kept the 6-lug setup as well.

Can't wait to see what you can do with the project!
