Second Time Around
To make a long story short, my motor went south with 3800 miles on the overhaul. Never did run worth a crap. The guy who built it was cool and went through it again at no charge. However, I had to take the clip off and that was not fun. I only had it together for about 10 months from the first time around so things were unpleasant around my house.
While it was apart, I decided to do some things I wanted to do the first time so, out came the paint guns. Left is the second time around. What do ya'll think? CrashBob

Re: Second Time Around
Thanks all!
I'm torn between the two. The original paint scheme was two tone like it is now. When I painted it the first time I experienced some problems with the white pearl and had to remove it. I didn't have enough pearl to re do it so I painted it all yellow. The bed cover is gone now. It looked good but was a pain in the ass when I needed to haul anything of size. CrashBob

Re: Second Time Around
A local body shop had it laying around so I went in and offered him $75 and drove away with it. I believe it came off a late 80s long box GM cause it tapered about 2'' per side towards the rear. I had to make some brackets to get it to work properly.

Re: Second Time Around
The two tone does look good but the solid color makes it stand out more for some reason. anywho, you got a nice truck and it shows you put a ton of effort in it. Thanks for sharing

Re: Second Time Around
I like it both ways. That thing would look slick with the late model slotted style aluminum rims.
