That thing really is nice.what a great driver it would make.Could be an easy rolling restoration.Pretty unique,a well optioned 6cyl.I wish I was in the market.

Re: Nicely optioned truck on e-bay

That seems high considering an unrestored swb would be about the same money.....

Re: Nicely optioned truck on e-bay

What rust that is emerging is no big deal.It will need attention, but the hard part was done and just needs a light re-do...not a frame-off.This is what most trucks we have restored will look like after driving in the wet after some time.It sure has a cool roster of options, which is the topic of this thread.I'd like to add overdrive and just run it.The below belt line rust can be fixed and repainted easily. You'd have a far longer way to got
and mucho mas expense with an unrestored truck, especially in the S/E.someone thinks it's worth it since it's buyers who have set the price.

Well, when I posted that the bidders had it up to around $4,500.The truck was bid up and sold for $10,000.

Re: Nicely optioned truck on e-bay

How can I save the A/c photo's from that ebay listing? I have a 67 4x4 swb that came factory with a 292 and a/c and the pix would be great when I start to put it back together from the many piles of parts.

Thanks,
Steve

I wasn't able to save pictures posted on ebay (using firefox) for awhile. I think it was a copyright issue with them. I remember something on the web to that effect. Internet Explorer works with it. I recently found an add on that allowed me to save the ebay pics now.

Re: Nicely optioned truck on e-bay

Steve, you should be able to just "right click" over the picture and select "save as".

Edit: I have attached them here if that helps.

Thanks, i tried that but it didn't work. Thanks again, some day soon I will start putting it back together and the a/c mounting stuff was the last hang up. Problem solved!
