Ebay sbc stainless headers?
The only thing I see wrong with them is there not 1 5/8" primary's and even if they don't fit perfect I can modify them till they will, but I figure for $158 shipped I cant go wrong. What do yall think?

Re: Ebay sbc stainless headers?
I was trying to post in the 4x4 section and I must have accidentally clicked the build section. Can someone move this please? Thanks

WOW that's cheap! I would be hesitant just from the price but they look nice!

Re: Ebay sbc stainless headers?
A LOT of $150ish shorty and block-hugger style SBC headers have been showing up lately, either claiming SS or coating. I saw a stack of them at the Goodguys show yesterday, with boxes claiming "Pro..." something or other as the manufacturer...basically the same situation as the Chinese HEI distributors that have flooded the market recently.
You will get what you pay for, I'd especially consider how short the coatings or "Stainless" on your Chinese made pots and pans last before considering this "bargain"...as well as the fit that you already mentioned.

Re: Ebay sbc stainless headers?
Did the ones you saw yesterday look like they were any good? Has anyone on here bought these?

Re: Ebay sbc stainless headers?
This spring I purchased two sets of SBC headers for 150 each on eBay and they'll be the last no-name sets I ever buy. One set I HAD TO HAVE because I needed to get my plow truck up and running and it was the quickest option but the other set I had to file a dispute to get 100% of my money back.
The build quality was great but the fitment was terrible. They ran into the frame, the shifter rod wasn't able to be bent around the driver's side and the chrome is pretty much gone now. It's all rust. I would advise against these not knowing much about the history of the company.

Re: Ebay sbc stainless headers?
Well I guess I wont get them then. So they were chrome plated and not stainless like advertised, that sucks.
