Help with original radio install

So I recently purchased an AM/FM radio from a member a few weeks ago but I'm not sure how it is installed. I have the bracket that mounts to the firewall and holds the speaker but I think there is a rod that goes from this bracket to the back of the radio for rear support but I'm not sure. The reason I think this is true is because the firewall bracket has an extra J-clip. Also, how is the radio attached to the dash? Can anyone provide a good pick of all brackets and there orientation to the firewall and Dash. thanks for everyones support.

Thanks for the lead to the great pics. I am missing the L bracket connecting the back of the radio to the main speaker bracket.

Should be easy to make if you can't locate one. Local hardware stores carry small strips of sheetmetal or thin galvanized metal. Maybe someone has one laying around to send you the measurements.

I just used a length of flexible metal plumbing strapping (the metal strip with all the holes) when I installed my stock radio. You can probably even just skip it as the cups that hold the radio posts to the dash provide 95% of the support, but I wasn't sure if the strap was needed for a ground or something like that so I added it just in case.
