Help me out here. What's a Thomas Cooler? Is that what's on the passenger side window?

Thanks,

okay so i took my truck to this car show. and i have always wanted a swamp cooler to hang off my passenger side window because they look cool and my truck doesn't have AC. so i was walking around and this guy had one for sale so i bought it for $80 but theres a catch.... it doesn't really blow air into the truck its just there for looks. but my plans are to add a fan inside and add ducting. but the cool thing is that the guy made it him self and he made all the ones on his cars. but due to bad health he has stopped making them. ill add some more pictures of it so you can have an idea of what it really looks like.

Welcome Joey! Cool project you've got going on there. I've always liked the window mount coolers, and that one you've got looks great.
