Removing the steering column
For those of you that have taken out your steering column, what are the keys to getting this thing out? Just curious what the key attatchment spots are. Thanks for the help guys!

1. take the wheel off.
2. unbolt the plate under the column by the pedals. 3. unbolt the clamp and retainer (3 bolts) on the motor side of the firewall 4. unplug turnsignal harness from dash harness. after all that it should just slide off. 5.(optional) if you have a 3 speed on the column, or an automatic, disconnect the linkage from the column. that should do it for you!

You can remove them with out pulling the steering wheel, but its a PITA to get them out.
