Cool A big box for Porterbuilt's

Well after waiting 7 months for my wheels.......... they are here. I have them all boxed up along with the rear end so I can send them to Nate so he can get started on my build. I know some might ask why 7 months, well the first set of wheels got stolen off the dock during shipping. They were on a truck from California to South Carolina and had to stop in Texas and were never seen from again.

There is a c-4 Corvette rear end under the wheels in the box that's why it's so tall.

Re: A big box for Porterbuilt's

The box is on a truck heading to Nate. I had to shop around to find a good rate because I got quoted as high as 1900.00 to ship it. I was able to get it shipped for 619.00 with 10,000 worth of insurance and it will be at Nate's in 4 days. I have my fingers crossed that it makes it safely after the wait I already had to go through.

Those are good looking wheels. I thought you said you put tires on them? What are those 20 series?

Re: A big box for Porterbuilt's

They are 25 series. I was trying to get a big wheel with and not go over a total height of 32 inches.

Sorry bro, but you lost me with that. I love trucks with big hoops, but this "no profile" thing with the tires don't work for me.

Can you say trailer queen? Lol, I'm with N2TRUX on this one, you hit a rock or turn at more than 30mph and you need a new wheel.
