should I buy Adobe Photoshop 9
ok christmas is almost here and I was going to buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 for my daughter ( she is 13 ),any input on this one or is there something better?

I have Photoshop Elements 5.0 and it is pretty good. I was using CS3 in scholl I think and the it took some getting used to to Elements because they are very different.

I've never seen any of the Photoshop Elements programs... I've used CS3 and CS4... I love both of those
