possible 4L80E setup?
I got a 91 c3500 with a diesel and it has a trans computer ,anyone know if this would work for a 2wd guy wanting to put A HD overdrive in there 1972 truck

no, I have a 4x4 blazer so its a no go for me being 2wd ,it ran and the trans was a newer reman but some how the outer starter bolt hole got drilled out off center,maybee broken bolt? anyway its been all jackjed up and even welded!!so its pretty worthless to me!!

I believe it will but then again I'm no tranny guy, Speedo might be an slight issue. Might need software and a box to program it as well. I'm sure the shift points are different on a diesel..........If its a reasonable price it would be worth th e money they had to put into it in my opinion.
