Ball joints
does anyone know where to get some ball joints for a 3/4 ton 1968. ive been to napa and they do not have them

Napa should be able to come up with them. You probably got a counter man that didn't know anything. I'm sure Carquest has them available. I can get the part # tomorrow.

i did a quick napa ssearch they're listed online for NAPA
expensive about $85 for tops and either 25or85 for lowers for 2different grades i'd second the check at carquest

I got the lowers from napa but was told the uppers were not available

Oreilly Auto Master Pro brand the upper is # K6024 according to their web site. C20 with front drums.

I ordered both Moog joints from Amazon a couple of days ago with free shipping. It was the best price I could find anywhere, though you should go elsewhere if your in a hurry, 'cause they ain't shipped yet!

I came up with part # K6025 on the lower & K680 on the upper's. That is Carquest #'s which is Moog like Heyjoe got. If they have a cheapy line I wouldn't use them. I had some steering parts worn out in less then a year. "Just as good as original".
