realtree carpet dash covering
i recently bought back my ol beater truck and im trying to make me a nice daily driver, but like every other truck my dash is shot. im going with a real tree camo look for the interior, gonna have seatcover, steering wheekl cover, floor mats and do the carpet on the doors in realtree camo carpet that walmart now has, but my question is is it possible to put the carpet on and make it look good using glue?:
it has some old indoor outdoor carpet that was cut in small squares and glued on there by the p.o. and i removed that and was thinking i could cut one nice piece and use spray adhesve and cover it but im worried bout corners ect. any who i will post some picts when i try it |

Re: realtree carpet dash covering
You can glue it but dont think it will look as good you would like
if it was me just go to the junkyard look for some factory panels to recover or get with Stitch a Member see if he can help you with your interior needs Interior Giveaway Contest>>>http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/showthread.php? Last edited by nbpro; 12-09-2010 at 04:51 PM. |
