Aftermarket seat covers?

I got this from either LMC or another 60-66 supplier, can't remember. It's a stock cover and will match the interior. I'm trying to decide IF I should have either "GMC V-6" or "V-6" sewn into the top white section with match thread. Any picas of you seats and special treatments? I'd like to get some ideas before I commit.

Thanks
Jake

Re: Aftermarket seat covers?

My first ? are you going to keep the V6 forever? I would have GMC stitched if I did anything. But anybody with common sense can tell that.

Yeah, I'm keeping the V-6 in it. If I one day decide to sell, I would think it would be better to keep it all original.
