Help! Single wall top vent

On my top someone put a vent above the rear seat. I dont want it there and want to repair it. The top is in overall pretty good shape. Anyone have a junk top and could spare about a 14 x 14 inch square so I could try and fill the hole? Does anybody have any other ideas?
